The Bag of Elemental Air
Wondrous item
A medium pouch whose extradimensional space acts as a node of elemental air, big enough for a humanoid head or a few items.
Retrieving an item takes an action, and the item you want is always on top.
A breathing creature that puts its head inside can breathe from it for up to 1 hour.
Overloading, piercing or tearing it destroys it and loses its contents for good (an artefact always turns up again somewhere). Turned inside out, it spills its contents unharmed and must be put right before reuse.
Placed inside a bag of holding, portable hole or similar space, both are destroyed and a one-way gate opens to the Astral Plane, sucking in every creature within 10 feet.
