The Positive Energy Plane is the source of life and light, and sits at the top pole of the inner planes, opposite its negative twin. It is a ceaseless blaze of raw vitality. Despite its other name, the Plane of Life, it is deadly: a visitor without protection is overfilled with energy until they burst into the light.
