Askad Shadowhand
NPC Campaign 1Dwarf merchant who hired the party, secretly a cannibal; fought as a duergar warlord.
Askad Shadowhand is a 262-year-old dwarf merchant with a Shar tattoo and sharpened teeth who hires the party to find a missing cousin at her homestead on Lake Sturmne, three days from Leau. She is a cannibal whose diary records her wish to "taste all the races of the 9 realms".
In play the party fought Askad in July 2019, and they came away with a cannibal's white wolf pelt, the people-leather book The Races of the World and How to Eat Them, and a Cloak of Cannibalistic Resistance.
The party's notes on Lake Sturmne record her palm tattoo, a purple and black disc, and her sharp teeth.
Also known as Askad.
