Eau

Leau is the capital of Boisia. In the opening encounter of campaign 1 the party begin as prisoners in a noble's basement there. Its inns include the Crossed Spears, the Scoundrel's Meadhall and the Hero and Cask, and the old half-elf trader Leeman Nison, who wants artefacts from the tomb of a lich in the south-west mountains, lives next to the Crossed Spears. Lake Sturmne, where Askad Shadowhand has her homestead, is three days away.

Eau. The Fatemakers' chat calls a Bosian city "Eau", and it is probably Leau under a shortened name (the identity is not confirmed; see _conflicts.md). In July 2019 Wraith found himself "wanted in Eau", apparently over his new pair of boots. In December 2019, planning how to deal with the dragon Sim, the party considered rousing "the city of Eau" against him, and recalled that nothing lay between the lizard village and Eau except a small village with a wooden doll. In campaign 3, Scabard's notes on the Eightfold's generals place Lysara the Inquisitor in Eau. On the northern map an "Eau" pin sits about 150 px south-west of where the 2019 map put Leau.
