Vana

An old male orc wearing wizardly robes. He is the proprietor of Vanas Scriptorium, located in the Outskirts of Luggard Dror.
Vana is eccentric and celebrates every sale with a goblet of wine from a huge spheroid decanter on the bench. On a good day he can become quite smashed, and he suffers up to a -5 to his insight and perception.

His apprentice, Tally is a teenage halfling boy, around 13 years of age, who is developing a drinking habit but often passes out due to imbibing.
