Casting detect thoughts on it deals 2d8 psychic damage to the caster.

In campaign 2 the jacket was hooked up to the supply lines of the crafters of the dwarven Citadel in its Feywild bubble, where time runs 250 times faster than outside, and it could produce items 250 times faster than anything in the real world.
