The Weaver's Knot is the temple of the Blood Weaver (Bhaal; see The New Gods) in The Northern District of Sandwater Slough, near Marrowhook Yard. It is a fortified stone shrine with heavy doors. Inside, murals of interlocking red threads converge on a single blood-filled droplet at the centre. Its iconography is blood tears, threads and knots.
Civic contract. Oversight of execution rites, sanctioned killings, and binding pacts that involve lethal force.
