Merace Rivergather
NPC Campaign 2The leader of the village of Hanging Suncloud
Merace Rivergather is the halfling bureaucrat in charge of Hanging Suncloud, the toll and customs village beneath The Span. He charges each traveller the 1 gp toll and puts them through a list of customs questions, noting the answers in a small notepad, and checks the guidelines whenever someone answers "yes". He is quite greedy, and so frayed that he can barely look after himself.
