Scotrik
NPC Campaign 2The governor of Reefwatch
A thick halfling man, balding on top, a wide brimmed hat, in the colours of Reefwatch to match his slightly gaudy court attire, obvious creases it is not worn often, with the orange and yellow being slightly dulled from flags you have seen on the sea. He is often accompanied by his mistress, A halfling named Safice, she wears a yellow summer dress, her son is also in attendance, though seems completely bored. He wears a simple orange domino mask and basic doublet. Her son looks like Scotrik, but he will deny paternity. She refers to her son as Junior, a boy of about 12.
In campaign 2
The party met Scottrik in 1034, and their notes sum him up as a jerk.
Scotrik governs Reefwatch, where Khahmed Dhistod heads his guard. At The Nightpeak Ball he wore a rabbit mask in Reefwatch's colours, and Safice and her son wore matching rabbit and orange domino masks.
Also known as Governor Scotrik of Reefwatch, Scottrik.
