The Vicera Saida
NPC Campaign 2An advisor to the queen of Saratan
The Vicera posted a job asking what was happening at Hickory Hollow, where deliveries to the palace had gone missing, and waited on the party for information about sabotage. After the party returned the chest, she and Master Longhand began a romance.
Vecera is a title to do with commerce, trade and management. The Vicera is an older woman in a deep cerulean robe with fine navy vine-work on the sleeves, carrying a dark oak staff split into a V at the top. Her features are fierce, her eyes even bluer than her robe, and her thick lips are set in a permanent frown; she has no time for nonsense. At The Nightpeak Ball she sat on the dais with the Queen and the Luveric, in her state robes with her spellbook just visible.
Also known as Vicera, Vicera Saida, Vecera Saida, Viseria.
