Camp Jubilee
Place Campaign 2The Red Wastes survivor camp where the party first arrived, guided by the elder Tanari.
Camp Jubilee is one of the six survivor camps of The Red Wastes, and the first the party reached. Its people are hardy but poor and gaunt: nothing grows, fishing yields little, and they send raiding parties against other camps and are raided themselves almost weekly. Many show slight mutations, such as webbed fingers, gills or skin flaps under their capes. The tribe elder Tanari guided the party.
