Mole men and the pact

In the mole city of the Underdark, chanting mole men pushed the party out into a lake on a barge, and the party met a neo-otyugh they named Jeff. They were handed a pact document: "make leader most powerful in the Underdark, as their leaders were in times past, no matter the cost", signed by Thekallan the Vigilant (Thekallan The Vigilant), the demon named in Olaf's binding book, who had "forgotten himself in the Land of Soot". Scribble kept the document.

The party also met Tanari, the elder of Camp Jubilee in The Red Wastes.
