Recap
A blue wondrous artifact that "contains soul". The party's list: investigate The Ashkarn, the dragonlich, and strap the tremmels to someone so its necrotic breath activates them; a tattoo place; Phantom's cloak; Dogran's staff; and re-checking the Calamity through visions. Morgaine took an ascended form.
