+2 magic quarterstaff. Each property below is usable once per dawn.

Lightning. On a melee hit, +2d6 lightning damage.

Thunder. On a melee hit, a thunderclap (heard 300 ft.); DC 17 Constitution save or stunned until the end of your next turn.

Lightning Strike. A 120-ft. line of lightning: DC 17 Dexterity save, 9d6 lightning, half on a success.

Thunderclap. Each creature within 60 ft.: DC 17 Constitution save, 2d6 thunder and deafened for 1 minute; half and not deafened on a success.

Thunder and Lightning. Use Lightning Strike and Thunderclap together, spending only this property.
