The Agora

The Agora is the religious quarter of Fort Obsidian: orderly rows of small churches, temples and shrines in black and grey stone, with curved roofs and vaulted ceilings arching over the road in many places, and a large statue of a dragonborn at the centre. A place of worship for most faiths can be found here, and most of the Faerûn pantheon has at least a shrine. Murals to the elemental lords Grumbar, Akadi, Istishia and Kossuth mark the cardinal points of the main thoroughfares, and a small shrine to Mask, a stone face-mask set in the ground, is kept looking neglected while carefully maintained. The district includes The Temple of Myrkul, a temple of Waukeen, and the Gallery Majesta, a house of wonders and parlour-trick magic covered in candle wax. The Grand Bazaar runs beneath it.
