The Scale Keep
Place Campaign 2The black fortress at the top of Fort Obsidian, hung with tapestries of the first Fatemakers.
The Scale Keep is a black and grey stone fortress at the highest level of Fort Obsidian, behind a wrought-iron door shaped like two interlocking dragon wings. It is massive but spartan, with plain quarters for visiting dignitaries and city officials. Its ancient tapestries show an enormous black dragon-like beast battling an army and six heroes: the dwarf gunsmith Drawurum with a tripod-mounted rifle, the elven shadow monk Farberos, the snake-woman Zaleon with eldritch fire and a tentacle-like whip, the armoured bird Sploosh bearing Helm's symbol, the elven wizard Herentor, and the sky-blue dragonborn fighter Kilseth. The Echelon lies before its entrance.
