Dragonborn of the North

In the north a band of dragonborn picked a fight with the party and lost; one was captured. They follow The Rime Lord, a "magnificent white dragon" they believe is a god. There are three dragonborn factions, black, white and gem, each with a dragon, and Creatis has been non-expansionist for exactly sixteen years. The Baron set about "dealing with" traitors among them.
