Rainclaw Taken

At The SCP, Taz'Or Ka took up a deputy badge and Dr Leith shared his suspicion that dragonborn of several colours, crystal among them, were bringing a smell back from the south. The SCP revealed they work in five cities (the Slough, Xinstock, West Keep between the Xinsi Empire and The Therian Confederacy, The Chitin Isles and Reidmark Haven) and extended the party's contract to dragon hunting at 62 gp a day plus leather armour and a black cloak.

Every party member received a letter in dragonborn handwriting: "Where the sun meets bone, you will be ended." Messages had been stapled to Slick's door and removed. Then Rainclaw was kidnapped; the rats signed that a dragon took him. Maribel Tansa was seen with the Baron, who is managing the vacuum after Proudsimba's fall. The Baron gave the party keys to an abattoir in Marrowhook Yard, suspected the dragonborn of operating there or in the Gutterline Warrens, and withdrew his forces from the north to give the party a free hand.
