The Grand Muffty

Elemental official Braggum dealt with for a water contract.

The Grand Muffty (or Mufti) was the figure Braggum needed to contact in 2021 about a contract for water from the Elemental Plane of Water, the basis of his liquor business. "The Plunge", a plane-shift site near Summers End, was part of the plan, and the Duke would collect the water for distilling.
