I have seen belief gather around a single voice before. It spread through Wild Harbour like festival music, from market to dock to prayer hall. By the time it reached Reefswatch, people had begun calling it revelation.
At first glance these are the ceremonial vestments of a travelling priest: warm cream and muted gold cloth, threaded with fine olive-green and ember-red stitching. Along the hem, almost invisible unless caught by candlelight, four symbols are worked into the fabric: a pair of scales balancing a coin and a gem, a flame-shaped ruby, a crown of grain and amber, and a spiral dance of stars. The robes feel heavier than cloth should, as though layered with memory and oil.
Brother Oils wears them; Sister Sandra, the Night Visitor, gave them to him.
