Everybody Loves Raiment sells clothes, cloaks, shoes and finery from a small hobbit-like house in a hillside on Widdershins Lane, probably in Eau (Leau). Its proprietor is the aged gnome tailor Thaddeus Gromsler, a talker and gossip. In July 2019 he offered the Fatemakers a cloak of protection, a thieves' cloak, a cloak of billowing and a weighted duelling cape among his capes, shawls and cloaks, and Phantom bought the cloak of billowing. Thaddeus also drew Wraith aside about a job at Oxo Box.
