Highspire Court
Place Campaign 4Sandwater Slough's wealthy district of fortified estates above the southern olive groves.
Highspire Court is the rich district of Sandwater Slough, where fortified estates rise above the rest of the city and look out over the southern olive groves. Its society holds galas at The Ember Parlour, and Naesha Proudcinder moved in its circles. When Slick showed McScrooge the flood oil, McScrooge called it press-reserve or "Highspire allocation" oil and grew deliberately vague about where such oil went.
