McScrooge
NPC Campaign 4Slick's aspirational, petty boss at the Olive Garden refineries.
McScrooge (Slick's "Olive McScrooge") runs the Olive Garden refinery complex at The High Smoke Point, where Slick works. He dresses like someone who has read about wealth, wears a bought signet ring and preaches "trickle-down efficiency"; Slick's family estate was sold to the consortium he fronts. Shown the oil from the Low Lantern flood, he identified it as press-reserve export or Highspire-allocation oil that should never reach Three Anchors Square, told Slick to forget it, mentioned that ancient sewer maps would be in The Low Lantern Archive, and handed him unusual bathhouse tokens. He later told Slick to take time off, then punished him for taking it, until the Baron "fixed the glitch".
Also known as Olive McScrooge, Scrooge, Schrooge.
