Huang
Place Campaign 1Capital of the Xinsi Empire on the 2019 world map, never used in play.
Huang is the capital of Xinsi on the 2019 northern world map, and the largest settlement the map lists for the empire, with a Hantzu culture. In play the capital of The Xinsi Empire has always been Xinstock, and Huang never appears in the sessions. Whether it is an old name for Xinstock or a separate city is an open question.
