Gond
NPC Campaign 1Campaign 3the god of creation, machines, and work
Gond is the god of craft, machines and invention. In the era of The New Gods he is called the Master Maker, and his symbol is a cogwheel laid over a blueprint.
- Campaign 1: Cirella was a Forge cleric of Gond. She built Gond's Airfoil, a set of wings, for Braggum. Gond has a temple on Xinstock's Temple Row and was worshipped in Bosia. A shrine the Fatemakers saw in May 2019 (real date) depicted him alongside Bane, Cyric, Ilmater, Oghma and Myrkul.
- Campaign 2: Hanging Suncloud, beneath the Span, has a small unmarked shrine to Gond, marked by cogs on shields and guarded by two lightning golems.
- Campaign 3 (the Soul Forge murals): the Master Maker was one of the five gods who betrayed The Harsh; the mural shows him forging a chain of astral iron.
The Fatemakers' notes record that Gond was wounded in The Calamity, and that he sent three forces of nature that came out of the void back into it.
Also known as The Master Maker.
