Lornik Bale
NPC Campaign 4One-eyed candle-tender of the Tallow Stair and Rainclaw's friend.
Lornik Bale tends the candles of The Tallow Stair in The Gutterline Warrens, working alongside the stair cleaner Siva Marr, and the lighting contracts of The Low Lantern Archive: a hunched human in his early forties, missing an eye and half his left hand, who notices more than people expect. Rainclaw chats with him on the candle route.
