The Gutterline Warrens
Place Campaign 4Sandwater Slough's old, low quarter of taverns, archives and stairs down into the foundations.
The Gutterline Warrens are an old, crowded quarter of Sandwater Slough, partly built into stretches of the old city wall, whose stairs and culverts lead down into the city's older foundations and on toward Rillachor. Shortly before the campaign began, The SCP set up an office in the Warrens under the excitable Gopdelina Widgettop. In 1047 PC the Baron suspected that the hostile dragonborn were operating out of the Warrens or Marrowhook Yard.
