Veskan
NPC Campaign 4Red dragonborn guard of the Low Lantern Archive, saved from the flood by Rainclaw, who later died.
Veskan was the red-scaled dragonborn guard of The Sandwater Constabulary, posted to The Low Lantern Archive: steady, patient and disciplined. In the flood he nearly drowned three times and Rainclaw dragged him out each time. The Baron later told the party that the guard had died of his wounds, and refuses to explain why until the party is "more friendly".
