The Tallow Stair
Place Campaign 4Steep candle-lit stair down into Sandwater Slough's old foundations.
The Tallow Stair is a steep, slick stone stair in The Gutterline Warrens of Sandwater Slough that descends into the city's older foundations. It is lit by wall-mounted candles paid for by the nearby taverns. The First Thorn House is built into an older stone block close by. Rainclaw uses a semi-hidden sewer access nearby, and the office of The SCP under Gopdelina Widgettop is close by. The Fishman's baby was snatched from the drain at its top, and the tunnels beneath led the party to the corrupted underwater folk and on into Rillachor.
