NPC Campaign 4Scrap-armoured rat tyrant of the Slough's sewers, killed by Rainclaw and Taz'Or Ka a week before the Godscar began.
The RatKEENG was a tyrant who ruled a sewer network beneath Sandwater Slough, several networks away from Rainclaw's rat family. Swollen on control, armoured in scrap and bone, he worked his rats to exhaustion and blocked secondary water channels so that loyalists could ambush traffic in the choke points. After failing to free his rats alone, Rainclaw hired Taz'Or Ka; with Rainclaw's rats harrying the loyalists, Taz'Or Ka tore him apart, and the two shared his heart and ate the "Gordian knot" of rat-mass. The water ran free again. Some of his rats joined Rainclaw; the rest are unaccounted for. The party later found that parts of his territory had been recently repaired to seal off the ancient sewers, and the corrupted spider-rats under The House of Amber recalled his rule.
