Starshadow Mantle

A mechanically crafted shoulder apparatus, built from a mysterious alloy, is adorned with intricate motifs that blend the whimsical essence of the Feywild with the enigmatic shadows of darker realms. It glimmers faintly with a spectral light, fluctuating between starry brilliance and deep, enigmatic shadows. The Starshadow Mantle is not just a piece of armour; it is a conduit for the balanced powers of Fey and Shadow magic.
