Cato

Cato runs Catos Apothecary in Shade Hollow, across the road from The Archive of Echoes, and is the husband of the missing foreman Borak. He employed Ono Palevo and Reid Ransom, sent salves to Alaric Sunstrike, and kept a menagerie of pets; Ono secretly desiccated his new mushroom pet before quitting. His shop is quietly becoming a meeting place for those who question the governor.

Scabard notes

A gentle and kind-hearted halfling who runs the local apothecary and is Borak's husband. Cato appears slightly older, with tinges of grey in his curly hair and sunken features that tell of years of careful study and work. His slightly crooked nose adds character to his wise yet friendly face. He's dressed in a simple but neat apothecary's outfit, complete with a vest and an apron bearing stains from various herbs and potions. His eyes are warm and inviting, reflecting his compassionate nature.
