The Spire

Place Campaign 2 · After Skyfire Campaign 3 · The Twilight Anarchy

The restricted tower above Fort Obsidian, Heishen's private office.

The Spire is a restricted tower rising a further 300 feet above Fort Obsidian, overlooking the whole city. Heishen the 23rd often works here, away from The Scale Keep, when no diplomatic duties call. A funicular runs inside the peak, and a hundred dragon guards stand at the entrance. On a foggy day its tip pierces the mist while the rest of the city stays hidden.
