The Echelon

The Echelon is a parade field and event plaza outside the entrance to The Scale Keep in Fort Obsidian. Military buildings line its north side, including the legion headquarters and the combat academy. On the south side are a panoramic park with the Dragon's Wing, a tea and coffee house run by the retired military clerk Lily, and Wyrmblood, a government alchemical works with a small shop, kept by the absent-minded Linan, and official potion supplier to the Creatis military. The Shrine of the Last also stands here. Beneath it lie the apartments around The Great Lift.
