Helm is the god of protection and vigilance. He is worshipped on Xinstock's Temple Row and at the House of Vigilance in Duskmere. Since the Divine Gate closed, the faithful increasingly call him the Eternal Sentinel, and his symbol is an upright gauntlet clutching a glowing orb (see The New Gods).
- Campaign 1: Bralmur was a dwarven paladin of Helm. His uncle, the Left Hand of Helm, lost his arm to a seal of the Everbright beneath Kheledzund and gave Bralmur the Pyremaul of Helm. Squirt also counts Helm as his god.
- Campaign 2: the House of Vigilance in Duskmere kept relics of the Unsleeping Eye and the banners of the Fellowship of the Purple Staff.
- Campaign 3: the Eternal Sentinel was one of the five gods who last walked the world. A darkness the party fought turned out to be the Eternal Sentinel, and Aniketos later carried its Source. When the party rallied the gods against The Harsh, the Eternal Sentinel was "a mindless vortex", and it's unclear whether it was truly convinced.
