The Thing of Sadness

The Thing of Sadness, a singing mass of tentacles, surged up the river to Luktow. Towers pinned it, Cirella cast Firestorm, and Bralmur as an avenging angel brought it down onto Luktow's bridge. Four orc defenders died, and Rexy was killed by a meteor on his barge. The Dottenland reported dozens of falling balls fighting tentacles.
