Kelemvor
NPC Campaign 2Campaign 3God of the dead, now called the Silent Arbiter.
Kelemvor is the god of the dead, who delivers the final judgment to all. Since the Divine Gate closed he has been called the Silent Arbiter, and his symbol is a skeletal hand holding a pair of scales (see The New Gods). He manifests as a tall, robed skeleton holding perfectly balanced scales, its skull unmoving yet always watching.
- Campaign 2: in Fort Obsidian, Myrkul was held to be a dead god, surpassed by The Raven Queen, Kelemvor, Cyric and the many others who sought the throne of the Lord of Bones.
- Campaign 3: when the party rallied the gods against The Harsh in October 2025 (real time), Thoren Blackthorn's affinity for death won over the Raven Queen and the Silent Arbiter.
Also known as The Silent Arbiter, Silent Arbiter.
