The Sandwater Constabulary
Faction Campaign 4Sandwater Slough's city watch, heavily staffed by dragonborn.
The Sandwater Constabulary keeps the peace in Sandwater Slough alongside the harbour guard and the other enforcement arms of The Barons' Council. Dragonborn are not merely visible in its ranks but institutional, far out of proportion to their numbers in the city. Their presence is normal, official and quietly resented in equal measure, because the Creratis Imperium to the south is ruled by dragonborn; no banners are flown and no claims are made, but the overlap is impossible to ignore (see The Dragonborn Factions).
Its patrols pass through Three Anchors Square on a regular rotation, and it posts officers at public events. The law it enforces is not on the side of the indentured (see Indenture).
