The party captured a letter and opened its seal with the tattoo cipher of Thammond, a shifter (see Thamond Daley). It revealed that Delin, their employer, served the Aspect:
"These messengers have outlived their usefulness, killing them will likely introduce new fatemakers… take them alive as fodder for the meat pit… The Baron is blissfully unaware… the Fish Monk has served his purpose… there are only 6 stones left. In the name of the Aspect, Delin"
The fish monk had been the first to call them Fatemakers.
