The Government Quarter
Place Campaign 4District of buried Rillachor that the party explored on their early expeditions below Sandwater Slough.
The Government Quarter is a district of Rillachor, beneath Sandwater Slough. When the party pieced together the city's layout from the amphitheatre's crystal diary in June 2026 (real time), they recognised it as the part of the city they had already explored.
Also known as Government Quarter, Gov Quarters.
