The Wharfward Strip
Place Campaign 4Sandwater Slough's dockside district of customs houses, chandlers and net-yards.
The Wharfward Strip is the dockside district of Sandwater Slough, where the port "never truly sleeps" and cargo shifts at all hours. Fishing, the city's second-largest industry, and the trade in oil both pass through here, and halflings are deeply embedded in its fishing, logistics and day-to-day commerce. Dragonborn of The Sandwater Constabulary and the harbour guard keep order on the quays.
Places
- The Velvet Ledger House, the customs office whose stamps track the city's oil exports
- The Brinewake Chandlery, a ship's chandlery
- Netmenders' Court, the fishing cooperative's net-yard, where Taz'Or Ka unloaded barrels on the morning of the Low Lantern flood
Also known as Wharfward Strip.
