The Survivor and the Six Groves

The party met Saev Althene-Rho, "Ro", the elf from The Tabernacle of the Beast Lord. She is a survivor of Rillachor and its Wildness, young when it fell, and a daughter of Clan Althene-Rho; she spoke of her uncle Corivan. She had wandered as far as Reefwatch and taken a long time to work out what had become of all the Wildnesses.

From her the party pieced together the scale of the problem: The Necessary Wildness was not one grove but several, and more than one has been released. The Furnace Grove lies at Mahovana, the "furthest grove", now little more than a small village. The Drowning Orchard lies in the mountains behind Creatis, with no city near it, a place of glasses and strange "space linings", and it too has unleashed something. The party's working theory matches each grove to a plane: the Rillachor grove to the Feywild, the ash-world to Mechanus, the Furnace Grove to the Hells, and the Drowning Orchard probably to the Plane of Water. The mushroom grove and the Choir Glade are still unknowns.

With the town turning against them after the baby affair, the party fled Hysteria.
