The All Seeing is the deity of knowledge. The table of The New Gods maps the name to Deneir, god of writing, whose symbol becomes an open book with a glowing eye. This is a different god from the All-Seeing Oracle (Savras).
- Campaign 3: the All Seeing is the god of The Vigils Custodians. It was one of the five gods who last walked the world before the Divine Gate. The Soul Forge murals show it closing a book as the five gods plotted against The Harsh. A coded message the party found in Shade Hollow spoke of "the old ways… a time unknown to even the all seeing".
