The Prophecy of the Arbiter of Twilight

A prophecy foretelling a sovereign who emerges "in the hour when shadows merge with the waning light", marked by the ancient looms of destiny: the arbiter of twilight, who grasps "the spheres of ancient power", is guided by counsel from the Underdark, rules the shadows "not by birth, but by the decree of the ancients", and before whom the gatekeeper of the divine threshold must yield. Lord Cedric believed it described him. The party first found it in March 2024 and again in May 2024, written across blueprints for a statue and on an unfinished statue in Cedric's garden.
