The Material Plane
PlaceThe world of Eavaros and everything that shares its sky: the centre of the Wheel, which every other plane touches or echoes.
The Material Plane, or simply the Prime, is the plane of solid, mortal worlds, and Eavaros is one of them. Planar travellers call it the Prime and its people primes. It sits at the hub of the planes: the Ethereal Plane wraps it and joins it to the inner planes, the Astral Sea links it to the outer planes, and the Feywild and the Shadowfell lie over it as bright and dark echoes.
Since the end of The Calamity, The Divine Gate has stopped the gods from walking it in the flesh, though mortals can still leave it for any plane they can reach.
Reaching it. By a silver colour pool in The Astral Sea, a metallic silver or turquoise curtain in the Deep Ethereal or a plane shift fork of steel tuned to C.
Also known as Material Plane, Prime Material Plane, the Prime.
