Owund Burmen
NPC Campaign 1Campaign 3Spymaster, well connected, deal maker and menagerie owner.
"Owin", an extravagant human with a shop in 7 Orchids and a pet tiger, explained the Duke's blackmail to the party in September 2019. Bralmur gave him a "vintage zero", and he foresaw a zombie attack on himself. As Owund Burmenstein he sat on The Council Of The Xinsi Empire.
After The Skyfire he manipulated the new archmage Habir and the council, and backed Seven in building diplomatic relations and enforcing the law in the city.
He was still in Xinstock in campaign 3. In July 2024 (real date) one of his wards guided the party around the city, and he took tea with them while patting a small leopard.
Also known as Owund Burmenstein, Owin, Owund.
