The Arch Mage
NPC Campaign 1In 1019 PC the archmage was Arch Mage Lavicus, a member of The Council Of The Xinsi Empire. The archmage held the skull of Expositor Martox, spoke to the Fatemakers before The Battle for Xinstock, and warned the bird people of the coming storm. After The Skyfire, Habir became archmage. By 1034 PC the empire had been without an emperor for sixteen years (see The Unseen Emperor), leaving the archmage and the council in charge.
Also known as Lavicus, Arch Mage Lavicus, The Archmage.
