The Unseen Emperor
NPC Campaign 1In 1019 PC the Emperor held the deciding vote and a veto on The Council Of The Xinsi Empire. An informant called "Dewdrop", inside the imperial walled city, may have been royal (see The Fatemakers' Informants). In April 2020 the Fatemakers decoded an order to assassinate someone in the royal palace by disintegration, so that no one could resurrect them, under cover of a worm attack.
The Emperor was dead before The Skyfire ended, and left no heir. Fifteen years later there had been no emperor for sixteen years, and rumour said he died at The Aspect's hands, either sacrificing himself or bringing it on himself.
Also known as The Emperor, Xinsi Emperor.
