Halstock
NPC Campaign 3Cedric's agent who spoke with the party under a memory geas.
Halstock is an agent of Lord Cedric's network whom the party met under a memory geas in March 2024. In fragments of conversation he boasted of the Eightfold's start at Penumbra Massif, where a council was thrown into disarray; of seizing a shipyard in The Bay of Swords in Bosia without drawing a sword; and that Rookfall's council "dances to a tune they haven't even heard". He admitted that the Fungal Mire was where Cedric's ambitions were faltering. He had sent the village's staff and guards to the cliff monastery.
