The Fishman
NPC Campaign 4Red tiefling whose baby was snatched from the Tallow Stair by something from the sewers.
The Fishman is a red tiefling of Sandwater Slough whose name the party never recorded. Sent their way by Kett, he hired the party after something dog-sized from the sewers took his baby from the top of The Tallow Stair. He translated part of Stephen's Record of Infernal Spells for Uldrick, and Taz'Or Ka comforted him through a night of wailing. A child the party later pulled from The Corruption below the city, in the lair of the twisted Archivist, is presumed to be his.
Also known as Fishman.
